Climate change makes extreme Indianapolis weather normal (mirrorindy.org) — Indianapolis residents are seeing this year's flooding and heavy rains as part of a longer-term climate shift that's expected to bring hotter nights, more intense downpours, and higher heat-related deaths in the city. A Purdue-led assessment and climatologist Melissa Widhalm explain how rainfall patterns, pests, and allergies are changing locally, and why Indiana must prepare for more extreme weather in coming decades.

4. Indianapolis Symphonic Choir celebrates landmark 90th anniversary (mirrorindy.org) — Indianapolis music lovers can look forward to the Symphonic Choir's 90th anniversary season, featuring free community concerts, holiday traditions, and collaborations with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra.
