Birthday Party Shooting: 1 Arrested After Four Teens Shot
A 14-year-old is in police custody in the shooting of four teens at a weekend Lawrence birthday party.

LAWRENCE, IN — A teen is in police custody after four teens were shot during a birthday party Saturday night at a Lions Club, WXIN reported. Police say one of the teens is in critical condition at Riley Hospital and three others received non-life threatening injuries to the hand or legs, WXIN reported.
According to the news report, Lawrence Police were called to the 4700 block of North Richardt Avenue just after 10:30 p.m. on a report of shots fired.
On Sunday morning, authorities arrested a 14-year-old on charges of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and minor possession of a weapon, and took him to the juvenile detention center, while Lawrence police think other potential suspects are on the loose.
