Blood Centers Across Indiana Need Your Donations

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - Indiana Blood Center needs your help, as the current blood inventory for centers across Indiana are extremely low.
Donors are needed throughout the weekend in order to increase an already alarming amount of blood.
"Our inventory is still critically low," Andrea Fagan, Director of PR and Marketing for Indiana Blood Center, said in a statement to Patch. "We do have less than a one day supply across all types, but we are beginning to build up.

CBS 4 reported the initial need for blood Thursday, as blood centers across the state were in need of thousands of donations.
However, Fagan has hope numbers will go up.

"If today is a good collections day, we should be in good shape after the weekend," Fagan said.
