Brunch Festival In Downtown Indianapolis Set For Aug. 26

Several of downtown Indy's best restaurants and brunch menus will be featured at the 21 and older Baby Got Brunch festival and fundraiser.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN — If there's one thing that will get you up and at it on a Saturday, it's the Baby Got Brunch event taking place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 26 at Pan Am Pavilion, 201 S. Capitol Ave. That's right — a 21 and older brunch festival highlighting Indy's best restaurant brunch menus, while fighting childhood hunger. Thanks to this KID Presents event all proceeds will benefit The Patachou Foundation, working to bring real food to local children, according to the event's Facebook page.

For $50, attendees can brunch on tasty treasures from 25 chef-driven vendors all competing in five categories: "Waffles," "Eggs," "Bacon," "Toast," and "Biscuits & Gravy." You won't have to spend time writing your best of brunch votes, you can text your choices instead. $75 VIP tickets are also available and will get you inside the festival one hour before the general public at 10 a.m. Tickers are not yet on sale, but there will only be a limited number up for grabs.

Even better, there will be a sweets vendor and a build-your-own Bloody Mary bar and mimosa bar. The open bar is included in the ticket price. (For local news updates and events, subscribe to the free daily newsletter from Indianapolis Patch).
