Celebrate National Drink Beer Day Across The Indianapolis Area
National Drink Beer Day falls on a Thursday, and plenty of Indy-area restaurants and bars have beer specials to enjoy.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN — Is it a coincidence National Drink Beer Day and "Thirsty Thursday" are on the same day? Regardless, #NationalDrinkBeerDay is another excuse, thanks to social media, to enjoy a cold brew (if you're 21 or older). Whether you're planning to watch Thursday Night Football, spend time with friends or just drink beer because you can, there are a number of places throughout the Indianapolis area with Thursday beer specials (even another reason to enjoy). Oh, and in case you didn't hear, Portillo's opened Thursday in Fishers, and also serves beer.
