INDIANAPOLIS, IN -- Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officials say they've arrested two men connected to the March 29 deadly shooting of a 1-year-old girl and wounding her 19-year-old aunt. Police said Wednesday that 27-year-old Darrin Banks and 29-year-old Brian Palmer were being held on aggravated assault and preliminary murder charges in the killing of Malaysia Robson and her aunt, Ana Fox.
Police said the 1-year-old was killed when more than 20 shots were fired into an Indianapolis home as nearly 10 people were inside.
Officials say Marion County prosecutors will decide what formal charges Banks and Palmer will face.
