The Indianapolis Public Library invites aspiring authors to come together for a day of networking and workshops led by local writing experts. The Indy Author Fair is set to take place at Central Library, 40 East Saint Clair Street, from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM on Saturday, October 30.

Workshops, in partnership with the Indiana Writers Center, cover topics such as elements of fiction, how to self-publish, memoir writing, and more. For those who are more readers than writers, guests can skip the workshops and meet over 40 up-and-coming local authors who will be on site to discuss their works and have books available for purchase.
