Indianapolis Woman Calls Police After Shooting Ex-Boyfriend

MONDAY: Woman is being questioned by police after being taken into custody for Sunday morning shooting death.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - A woman is in police custody for the alleged shooting death of her ex-boyfriend Sunday morning, as reported by Indy Star.

Indy Star reports the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department responded to a 911 call made by the woman, after the shooting took place around 5 a.m. at a home in the 600 block of Luett Ave.

That's where the couple lived.

Upon arrival to the home, investigators located an unresponsive man, who would be pronounced dead at the scene.

The man reportedly suffered from at least one gunshot wound, and officers were able to recover a gun believed to be used in the shooting, Indy Star reports.

As of Monday, no arrests have been made.
