Jared Fogle, Former Subway Spokesman, Appeals Child Porn Charges

The judge called Fogle's claims "frivolous" with "no conceivable validity in American law."

INDIANAPOLIS, IN — Subway pitchman Jared Fogle's appeal to overturn his child pornography and sex abuse convictions has been rejected by a federal judge.

In an appeal he filed himself, Fogle claimed that the court that convicted him did not have jurisdiction in his case.

The Indianapolis Star reports Fogle's motion filed Nov. 6 was done without the high-profile attorneys who represented him when he pleaded guilty in November 2015 to trading in child pornography and paying for sex with underage girls.
