Founded in 1998, Luther Consulting has been a constant leader in the public health industry, pioneering web-based data collection and reporting through the creation of robust platforms, including EvaluationWeb®, a revolutionary online service for public health practitioners. Since its inception, the company has experienced a 1,050 percent increase in overall employment and has maintained a strong employee retention with a massive 30 percent of employees remaining at the company for 15 years or more.

After helping the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) implement a web-based program evaluation system for the Division of HIV and AIDS Prevention Program Evaluation Branch, Luther Consulting is now responsible for collecting and processing all public health HIV Testing data nationwide for the CDC. Additionally, the small business has worked alongside the CDC and state public health departments to collect data for Hepatitis A, B and C testing, treatment and linkage to care.

Looking ahead, Luther Consulting plans to leverage modern technologies and diversify into other markets in hopes of improving the human condition through public health, social service and health education interventions.
