INDIANAPOLIS, IN - Police are investigating what they believe to be a suicide after an unidentified man fell from a downtown parking garage Monday morning, IndyStar reports. Police think the man jumped from the garage at 100 W. Market St., prompting authorities to block intersections near Market and Illinois streets as medics were on scene treating the victim, according to IndyStar.
