Meet an “Amazing” Who Celebrated her 80th Birthday in Style

Judy Robbins, age 80, said her nursing home friends could not believe she was going to celebrate her 80th birthday by jumping out of a plane. They claim they would have been scared to death. But heck! It’s something Judy always wanted to do, so up into the wild blue yonder she went, far less nervous about it than were her children.

For Judy, she says flying “free” in the sky--sky-diving--was like reaching out and touching the face of God, an adventure well worth experiencing. As she came back to earth, Judy said the skydive was indeed spiritual. How very fulfilling!
