Dear Decatur Township Families,

As we begin the 2021-2022 school year, MSD of Decatur Township will promote in person learning as the primary method of instruction for our children.  However, understanding the need for remote learning, MSD of Decatur Township will provide this method of instruction for any child that is medically fragile or who lives with an individual who is medically fragile due to risks of COVID 19.  Please complete the attached Google Form application as well as submit written verification from your physician to qualify under this circumstance.

If you request remote learning for any reason other than a medical condition, you still need to complete the Google Form application.  District Administration will review each request, taking past grades and attendance into consideration.  Your acceptance into remote learning is contingent upon administrative approval.

MSD of Decatur Township is excited for the upcoming 2021-2022 school year.  We will contact all families who submit applications prior to the beginning of the school year, which starts Monday, August 2nd.  The link to the application is hereThis form must be completed by 8pm, Tuesday, July 20th.

NOTE:  This Google Form does NOT replace the need to register for school via Skyward.  This Google Form is solely for the purpose of requesting remote learning.

Enjoy your summer as we look forward to the new school year!

Together, we are Decatur Proud!

Sincerely,

Dr. Prusiecki

Superintendent
