INDIANAPOLIS, IN — NFL coaches, general managers, scouts, team medical staff personnel and more team leaders are in Indianapolis for the NFL combine, Tuesday, Feb. 27 through Monday, March 5. During this time they'll take a deep look at more than 300 top college prospects both on and off the field. AP News reports some of these prospects are a group of quarterbacks that could produce five first-round NFL draft picks.
Drills, tests, medical exams and more are just part of the NFL combine, in addition to a formal 15-minute interview.
According to AP News, those attending this year's combine include John Gruden, now the highest-paid coach in NFL history following nearly a decade off the field thanks to an analyst spot with ESPN and Monday Night Football.
