Silver Alert Cancelled For Missing Bloomington Man: ISP, Monroe County PD
ISP and Monroe County Sheriff's Department issued Silver Alert Tuesday, Sept. 5 after Frank Binford went missing in Bloomington.

BLOOMINGTON, IN — An Indiana Silver Alert issued by police officials Tuesday, Sept. 5 on Frank Binford has been cancelled as of Wednesday morning, Sept. 6. An Indiana Silver Alert has been issued as the Monroe County Sheriff's Department is investigating the disappearance of Frank Binford, an adult from Bloomington, Indiana. Police describe Binford as a 77-year-old white male, five feet seven inches tall, 235 pounds, with brown eyes and black/grey hair. Binford was last seen Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at 4:45 am in Bloomington, and is believed to be in danger.

Police said Binford was last seen driving a Tan 2003 Lexus S43 with Indiana Plate WNJ186.
