GREENFIELD, IN -- Police officials have cancelled a Statewide Silver Alert issued early Friday, March 9 for an elderly woman from Cincinnati, Ohio who was last seen in Greenfield, Indiana. The alert was issued after ISP said 79-year-old Elfriede B. Lang was last seen Thursday, March 8 in the southeast Indianapolis city. A Statewide Silver Alert has been issued as Indiana State Police and the Colerain Township Police Department are investigating the disappearance of a woman from Cincinnati, Ohio who was last seen in Greenfield, Indiana. ISP says 79-year-old Elfriede B. Lang was last seen Thursday, March 8 in the southeast Indianapolis city and is believed to be in extreme danger and might need medical assistance.

ISP says Lang is a white female who is 5'3', 140 pounds, brown hair and blue eyes.
She was last seen driving a green 2018 Honda HRV Ohio plate BDC7180.
