Silver Alert Issued For Missing Richmond Man

RICHMOND, IN -- Indiana State Police say a Statewide Silver Alert has been declared as the Richmond Police Department investigates the disappearance of an older man from Richmond. Police say 61-year-old Douglas Alan Kuntzman (pictured) was last seen Tuesday, Feb. 20 in Richmond. He's believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
Police describe Kuntzman as a white man with brown/gray hair, blue eyes, 6' 2', 160 pounds and was last seen wearing a brown coat and jeans.
