'All Clear' Given After Suspicious Device Found Downtown
Security at the post office location found a suspicious device near the building Tuesday.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN — South Street between Meridian Street and Capitol Avenue is back open after police said a suspicious device was found near the Indianapolis Post Office in that area, WTHR reported.
The area and businesses near the post office was part of the scene where Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department and other officials investigated after police say a suspicious-looking device was found near the building Tuesday, WTHR reported. According to the report, part of the building was evacuated as IMPD confirmed security for the post office found the device near the building.
Police say no threats have been made.
