INDIANAPOLIS (Jan. 20, 2026) — Televerde Foundation celebrated the graduation of its newest Career PATHS cohorts, marking a major milestone in the organization’s mission to prepare incarcerated women for successful reentry into the workforce. Graduation ceremonies were held across three Indiana Department of Correction facilities over the course of the week, including Madison Correctional Facility on Jan. 13, Indiana Women’s Prison on Jan. 14, and Rockville Correctional Facility on Jan. 15.

During the ceremonies, 32 incarcerated women graduated from the Career PATHS program, presenting capstone projects and receiving certificates recognizing their commitment to professional and personal growth.

The team-based Capstone projects served as the culmination of the six-month PATHS program where participants created a company from the ground up—developing the concept, building a business plan, and ultimately presenting it Shark Tank–style to a panel of judges who provide real-time feedback.
