TSA Contacts Holocaust Survivor From Indiana After Search
Holocaust survivor and Terre Haute resident, Eva Mozes Kor, contacted the TSA after an upsetting search in New Mexico: Report

A Holocaust survivor from Terre Haute who says she was a victim of a "very demeaning" search by U.S. Transportation Security Administration after a New Mexico visit says the agency has contacted her, AP News reports. Eva Mozes Kor (pictured right) tweeted Monday that the TSA reached out to her and are working to resolve future conflicts (see below). AP News reports Kor said Sunday she had to go through the intrusive body search before boarding a plane in Albuquerque, adding that it ruined her experience following a lecture event.
As a 10-year-old, Kor suffered through inhumane scientific experiments at the Auschwitz concentration camp during the Holocaust.
AP News reports TSA spokesman Matt Leas confirmed the agency contacted Kor to learn more about her travel experience, and says says the agency is committed to treating travelers with dignity and respect.
