Video shows state trooper rescuing a man from a submerged vehicle in Wabash.
INDIANAPOLIS, IN - A video out of Wabash shows a state trooper rescuing a man from a car submerged in floodwaters that took over the northern Indiana area over the weekend.
Indiana State Police released the video, shown below, Monday, which shows the trooper carrying a life jacket to the man trapped inside the submerged vehicle.
