Winter Storm Warning Brings Central Indiana Closings, Delays

There are several schools, churches and more closed or operating on delay on Jan. 12 due to winter storm warning.

With a winter storm on the way into Central Indiana, there are several school, church and business closings and delays across this part of the state, including the Indianapolis area, for Friday, Jan. 12. These Closings and delays come as Central Indiana is under a winter storm warning, and include Brown County Schools, Carmel High School, Cathedral High School, Central Christian Academy (delayed two hours) Congregation Beth Shalom, Hamilton Southeastern Schools, Hamilton County Government buildings, Ivy Tech Comm. College-Bloomington (delayed two hours), Lawrence County Government, North Lawrence Community Schools, Shepard Community Schools (delayed two hours) and several more according to social media and alerts.
