This Indiana Museum Has a Free Sculpture Garden Hiding Behind a Historic Mansion (myfamilytravels.com) — Tucked at 920 State Street in Lafayette, the Haan Museum of Indiana Art offers a free sculpture garden and wooded nature trail behind a historic mansion that once stood at the 1904 St. Louis World's Fair. Inside, limited afternoon hours reveal Indiana-focused paintings, ceramics, antique furniture and quirky treasures, while the outdoor paths, theater space and tree-marked woods stay open daily from dawn to dusk at no charge.
