• Cincinnati man sentenced to prison after fighting ISP trooper (812noww.com) — In Lawrenceburg's Dearborn Superior Court II, a Cincinnati man received a 10-year prison sentence with no suspension after pleading guilty to attempted armed robbery tied to a planned Facebook Marketplace meetup in St. Leon. Prosecutors say the ISP trooper he fought suffered lasting injuries, and investigators found a loaded handgun and messages outlining a robbery plan.
   

• Early Sunday morning pursuit ends with PIT maneuver (wbiw.com) — A wrong-way driver on US 50 in Dearborn County was stopped early Sunday when an Indiana State Police trooper used a PIT maneuver, rolling the vehicle and injuring the suspect. Lawrenceburg police and EMS joined multiple county agencies in responding, and the case is now headed to the Dearborn-Ohio County Prosecutor for potential charges.
