With winter heating costs approaching, local customers are urged to check their eligibility, apply early through NIPSCO.com or Community Action Agencies, and share the information with neighbors who may be struggling.
   

• Goodwill, Community Partners Help Northwest Indiana Families Recovering from Severe Storms – El Puente • Webelpuente.com (webelpuente.com) — Families in Northwest Indiana still recovering from recent severe storms can receive Goodwill gift cards and connections to free support programs, thanks to a partnership that includes Merrillville-based NIPSCO and the NiSource Charitable Foundation. More than 100 families will be selected based on need, with local nonprofits helping distribute aid and link residents to longer-term resources for rebuilding and stability.
