Carmel/Westfield, Indiana – Please be advised, effective Thursday and Friday, July 16-17, 2020, 146th Street at Little Eagle Creek Ave. will be under (5) lane restrictions for up to 20 minutes each throughout the day. A contractor for the Highway Department is scheduled to set several beams with large trucks. These temporary lane restrictions will be maintained with flaggers directing traffic. To avoid these extended pauses, drivers should use an alternate route.Please use caution while driving through this area.
