LifeWise Academy plans to offer program to Noblesville students (youarecurrent.com) — Noblesville families may soon have the option to send their children to LifeWise Academy's off-campus, Bible-based classes during the school day, starting at White River Elementary. The privately funded program, separate from Noblesville Schools, aims to expand to all 10 schools and is currently partnering with local churches and planning a November fundraising event featuring Medal of Honor recipient Sammy Lee Davis.
2. Hamilton County Councilman Mark Hall's August Timesheet (hctv1.com) — Hamilton County Councilman Mark Hall details his August work, including meetings at the downtown Noblesville government center and follow-up with the Noblesville planning department on drainage issues tied to new development. He also outlines flood-response constituent help, major 2027 budget and health insurance decisions, and infrastructure fixes like Carrigan Road repairs, giving Noblesville residents a clear look at how county actions may affect their taxes and services.
3. Silver Alert issued for missing 53-year-old Noblesville man (wthr.com) — A statewide Silver Alert is in effect for 53-year-old Gary Roberts II, who was last seen early Sept. 4 in Noblesville and is believed to be in extreme danger. Authorities describe his appearance, clothing, and a distinctive tattoo, and urge anyone with information to contact IU Health Public Safety or call 911 as Silver Alerts are reserved for high-risk missing people.
4. Noblesville mayor touts $4.2 billion in investment amid flood recovery (wthr.com) — Noblesville is still recovering from last month's historic flooding, and Mayor Chris Jensen says federal FEMA help has yet to arrive even as residents begin rebuilding. At the same time, the city is touting $4.2 billion in private investment, new public safety facilities, major road projects, and the expansive Deer Creek District as part of a long-term growth and recovery strategy.
5. Fishers, HSE looking to turn seasons around in annual Mudsock rivalry game (wthr.com) — Fishers and Hamilton Southeastern renew their Mudsock rivalry tonight, with both teams trying to rebound from shaky starts after Fishers' narrow 21-19 loss to conference rival Noblesville. Recent games against Noblesville highlighted emerging Tiger playmakers, and this matchup could reshape the conference picture for local fans following Noblesville's league competition and future opponents.
