Deputies say his flight path also forced a nearby medical helicopter to delay its approach, though no injuries were reported and federal aviation officials were notified for further review.
• Nursing aide charged after allegedly covering 80-year-old patient's mouth (wthr.com) — A 39-year-old Noblesville nursing aide faces multiple felony battery charges after a nurse reported seeing him hold his hands over an 80-year-old dementia patient's mouth and nose at a Hamilton County nursing facility. The resident later complained of pain and said someone tried to kill him, while the aide was suspended, then fired, and has now been formally charged in court.
