On or after Monday April 27th, the intersection at Carmel Dr. and Pennsylvania St. in Carmel will be closed for the construction.

Beginning on or after Monday April 27th, the intersection at Carmel Dr. and Pennsylvania St. in Carmel will be closed for the construction of a new multi-lane roundabout. The roundabout construction project is expec6ted to close the intersection for 60 days.
