It's Halloween Costume Photo Contest time!Submit your favorite Halloween Costume photo by Noon on Oct. 13 and public voting will take place on Facebook starting Oct. 15. The top four photos with the most "Likes" will be awarded prizes and announced on Oct. 26.Photo contest entries may be submitted via e-mail to amink@noblesville.in.us or by direct message to the Noblesville Parks and Recreation Facebook page.We can't wait to see your costume photos!
