ATTENTION CARMEL VOTERS! The Gramercy Apartments in Carmel has just informed the Clerk’s office that it cannot make its clubhouse available for voting on Tuesday. Those in the Mohawk Hills Precinct should plan to vote at the First Baptist Church at 1010 E 126th Street instead.
