The decision clears the way for new operator Sky Dine to bring in a mix of local and national food brands, including The Lauber, Dunkin', and Jimmy John's.
   

4. Man accused of cold case murder in South Bend dies while waiting for trial (wndu.com) — South Bend residents following a long-running cold case should know that Lucio Lerma Sr., recently charged in the 2000s stabbing death of his wife Delia, has died while awaiting trial. He'd been released on his own recognizance in June, and officials say autopsy and toxicology results are still pending as the investigation into his death continues.
