• State to hold meetings on HIP work requirements (dailyjournal.net) — South Bend residents on the Healthy Indiana Plan should know that state officials are holding a town hall on HIP work requirements at the South Bend Technology Resource Center on Sept. 24 from 9 to 10 a.m. You'll be able to hear how the new rules may affect your coverage, ask questions, and get help as changes roll out statewide in the coming months.
   

• PokeKon Fest draws huge crowd to South Bend (abc57.com) — A one-day PokeKon Fest packed the Hilton Garden Inn in South Bend, drawing long lines of local Pokémon fans and even visitors from as far as Massachusetts. Dozens of vendors, artists, and a well-known voice actor helped mark Pokémon's 30th anniversary and highlight the city's growing role in the booming trading-card hobby.
