South Bend City Announces Traffic Alerts Beginning May 16

The City of South Bend Department of Public Works announces the following traffic alerts beginning Saturday, May 16, weather permitting. These streets will be milled and resurfaced:

• Ameritech Drive from Cleveland Road to Carbonmill Drive – Saturday, May 16 and Monday, May 18
• Ironwood Road from Ireland Road to city limits – Tuesday, May 19
• Miami Street from Calvert Street to Lincoln Way East AND Miami Street from Ireland Road to Widener Lane – Wednesday, May 20 through Friday, May 22

All streets will remain open but will be restricted in the construction zone. Motorists should expect delays.
