This is the next phase of the Corby-Rockne-Ironwood Intersection Improvement Project, which includes traffic signal upgrades, new asphalt, storm sewers, streetlighting and new curbs and sidewalks. Corby Boulevard and Rockne Drive immediately west of Ironwood Drive have already been closed for the past two weeks.
Detour routes will be in place 24 hours a day until the work is complete. Traffic will be detoured to Twyckenham Drive or Hickory Road via McKinley Avenue or Edison Road.
