• Warsaw Downs Wayne, Advances To Sectional Semis (timesuniononline.com) — Warsaw boys soccer fans can celebrate a big sectional-opening win, as the Tigers stormed back from an early deficit to beat Wayne 5-1 at Huntington North. Four different Warsaw players scored, and the team now faces Homestead in Thursday's sectional semifinal with a spot in the championship on the line.
• Why the Midwest Is Now the Most Affordable Region in the Nation (multihousingnews.com) — Warsaw is singled out as a Midwestern market where strong incomes, modest population growth, and sufficient housing supply are keeping homes relatively affordable for local buyers. A new report warns, though, that if migration into places like Warsaw accelerates without more building, residents could eventually face the same price pressures seen in once-affordable regions elsewhere.
