โ€ข Zionsville to use TIF funds for 2 new Village plazas (youarecurrent.com) โ€” Zionsville is moving ahead with two new "pop-up" plazas on Main Street, funded with $230,000 in tax-increment financing to create more outdoor gathering and seating space for residents, visitors, and nearby businesses. One plaza will sit near the Scoop on Brick Street and the other by the green clock at Main and Cedar, with designs focused on socializing and revitalizing the Village area.
