INDIANAPOLIS, IN — Indiana State Police have identified the driver they say was killed when her car crashed head-on into a semitrailer as she drove the wrong way down I-465 in Indianapolis Thursday morning. ISP says the crash killed 24-year-old Milca B. Alvarado Polanco of Indianapolis, who was driving a white Nissan Sentra west-bound in the east-bound lanes of the interstate when she hit a FedEx semi pulling double trailers head-on. ISP says 51-year-old Tony Splittstoesser, of Champaign, Illinois, was driving the FedEx semi and received minor injuries.
