ISP says Georgeanna Passmore-Fisher is a 24-year-old white female. five-feet, three-inches tall, weighs 220 points, with brown hair and hazel eyes (pictured). Police say the woman was last seen Wednesday, Nov. 1 in Portage and is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
