1) Brown Bag Lunch
Every day insects will be the topic of discussion at today at noon. People can enjoy the topic for the price of admission. Bring your own lunch. Later in the day, starting at 4 p.m., admission will be free.

2) ISU Reception
A reception will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. today in the ballroom to honor outgoing president Gregory Geoffroy and his wife, Kathy. The program begins at 4:30 p.m.

3) Candidate Lecture
Ron Paul will visit the 7 p.m. today as part of Iowa State University's Presidential Caucus Series. His visit is sponsored by College Republicans, Government of the Student Body, Committee on Lectures and Youth for Ron Paul.
4) Library Time
The is sure to be busy today. Baby Talk, Toddler Time and Family Craft Storytime all happens on Thursdays. Family Craft Storytime will take place at both 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.
5) Weather
The National Weather Service predicts snow after noon today and a high of 28. Wind chills could make temps feel below zero.
