• Story County Sheriff's Office seeks help finding missing man (bluewaterhealthyliving.com) — Story County authorities are asking Ames-area residents to help find 21-year-old Braxton Bickelhaupt, last seen Sept. 10 in the McCallsburg area wearing cowboy boots, shorts, and no shirt. Anyone who may have spotted him or someone matching that description is urged to call the Story County Sheriff's Office at 515-382-6566 with any information.
