Bachmann Not In Ames This Morning; Find Her on the Radio
GOP presidential candidate Michele Bachmann was supposed to be signing her book in Ames this morning, according to the Des Moines Register. Instead, you can find her on the radio.
U.S. Rep. Michele Bachmann signed her autobiography “Core of Conviction: My Story” all weekend and was expected to do the same here in Ames today.
At least, that's what the Des Moines Register's campaign candidate tracker has said for more than a week.
But the appearance was never listed on her campaign website and she wasn't in Ames today.

Bachmann's Iowa campaign office told Ames Patch this morning that there was never an Ames stop planned on the book tour for today.
Instead, the Minnesota congresswoman is on the airwaves, radio spots included the “The Mancow Mueller Show” at 8:15 a.m., the “Laura Ingraham Show” at 8:30 a.m. and WBAP-AM’s “The Mark Davis Show” at 9 a.m.

Bachmann's campaign website this morning had no Iowa events listed for the week.
