I found a wonderful and spiritual trail. You should go there if you havent already. It's so peaceful and there are all kinds of wildflowers as well as wild LIFE! I saw three deer and heard many different sounds of birds. The trails are clearly marked and and there are challenging trails and a little easier ones. It's the YMCA trail of Scholl Street. There's also a shelter as well as an area for making a nice fire in a huge outdoor fireplace. What a great outing!
Back in my college days I knew a man who lived in that shelter. He kept care of the grounds and at night he played music around Iowa. I wonder who the current caretaker is.
