Campustown Action Association Wants Ames' Vision for Commercial Area

Should Campustown, the commercial zone south of , be ethnically diverse, culturally vibrant, trendy, a place for families, full of mom and pop shops or chain stores?

The Campustown Action Association wants to know the community's vision for the commercial district, which includes the 100 block of Welch Avenue and beyond.

And, people don't need to go to a public meeting to share their views.

A survey about Campustown has been posted here anyone can take it in about 10 minutes.

Members of the Campustown Action Association's Business Improvement Committee hope to compile the results by the end of October.
