The City of Ames Purchasing Division has issued a request for proposals for development of a small lot industrial subdivision of at least six lots that are one to 10 acres in size with an ideal size in the one-to-three-acre range. The minimum size of the entire subdivision is 10 acres. The proposed location must be within the Ames city limits.

“Developing a new small lot industrial subdivision will provide options for economic growth in Ames that fills an identified need,” said Justin Moore, Planner with the Ames Planning and Housing Department. “Our existing small lot options have built out, and the City is looking to open new options for expansion.”
