The City of Ames has contracted with Manatts Inc. to complete these improvements. Its subcontractor, Precision Pipe & Grading, will begin work on underground improvements on Monday. This work will include replacement of storm sewer intakes and upsizing the pipes in between the intakes, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer manhole. This project stage is expected to take one week to complete.

All are encouraged to take note of this construction activity in the area and allow extra travel time as delays may occur. For safety reasons, please keep children and pets away from the construction zone.
