The existing asphalt pavement is significantly deteriorated and has reached the end of its service life. The meeting will explain the project purpose, timeline, and project impacts including traffic alterations and phasing. The meeting will feature an open house format so participants can come and go. Feedback and concerns about the project are welcome at this forum. Construction is currently scheduled for 2022.

During the project implementation, North Dakota Avenue will be closed to through traffic for portions of the construction process with a detour route placed. Local traffic will be required to park on side streets for a portion of construction. Castlewood Place will always remain open to local traffic, and Ontario Street will always remain open to two-way traffic.
