Ames Holiday Schedule

, 515 Clark Ave., and most City of Ames offices will be closed Monday and Tuesday in observance of Christmas. Most City of Ames offices also will be closed Jan. 2 in observance of New Year’s Day.

The Community Center and Weight Room will be closed Saturday and Sunday but the facilities will be open from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday. The Community Center and Weight Room will be open from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Dec. 27. The facilities will be open 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dec. 31, and closed Jan. 1, 2012. Regular hours resume on Jan. 2.

The , 515 Douglas Ave., will be closed on Saturday and Sunday. The Library will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 31, and closed Jan. 1. Regular hours resume Jan. The Bookmobile is out of service through Dec. 30.

CyRide is operating fewer trips in its service over semester break through Jan. 8 Use CyRide's break schedules at www.cyride.com. Moonlight Express will not operate over this entire period. CyRide service will not operate on Sunday or on Jan. 1 for the Christmas and New Year's holidays.

The , 110 Center Ave., administrative offices and tipping floor will be closed Monday. The office and tipping floor also will be closed Jan. 2.
