Michelle De La Riva has recently been named the Executive Director of Community and Family Resources (CFR), a local non-profit agency dedicated to assisting individuals to achieve healthy behavior and lifestyle through the advocacy, treatment, and prevention of substance abuse, problem gambling, and mental illness. Michelle has been a part of the Community and Family Resources team for the past eight years and formerly served as the agency’s Clinical Director and Interim Executive Director. She earned her Master’s degree from Purdue University and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. In her roles within the agency, Michelle has implemented innovative programs such as adolescent treatment services and specialized services for those with co-occurring addiction and mental health concerns.
