Everyone is invited to join our Meditation Practice on Wednesday evenings and practice "being" meditation. Engaging discussions related to our experiences creates community and supports your practice of meditation. The first half of the class is meditation practice while the other half is interactive as we explore the path of mediation. The 5-week session begins May 9 and ends June 6. The class meets on Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30PM. The cost is $25.
